What is Acumatica Ascent?

Ascent is Acumatica’s first-of-its-kind, partner-only education event designed to help partners get smarter, faster—through prescriptive, role- and industry-based learning that improves execution across selling, implementing, and supporting customers.

How is the event structured?

Ascent uses a three-layer model to ensure focus and relevance:

  • Anchor by Role (Functional Tracks)
  • Apply by Industry (Edition Overlays)
  • Scale by Skill (Core / Advanced / Expert sessions; expert may require assessment)
What makes Ascent different from Summit?
  • Partner-only
  • Execution-focused
  • Hands-on workshops and labs
  • Tangible take-home outputs
  • Built-in pre-work and post-event follow-through

What will I leave with?

Attendees are expected to leave with (most roles):

How much will Ascent passes be?

Ascent is being designed to be a break-even event. Initial cost estimates are between $850 – $1,000 per attendee, not including hotel accommodations.

What does the Ascent agenda look like?

The following is the framework for Ascent. A full agenda will be posted as we approach the event:

Monday, August 17: Arrival, Welcome Reception

Tuesday, August 18: Opening Keynote, Breakout Sessions

Wednesday, August 19: Breakout Sessions, Evening Reception

Thursday, August 20: Breakout Sessions, Closing Keynote, Departure

Who will lead sessions and workshops?

Sessions will primarily be delivered by Acumatica SMEs, supplemented by select industry experts and experienced partners.

Will there be AI content?

Yes. AI topics will be embedded across many sessions. A dedicated AI path is being considered.

Are meals included with my Ascent pass?

Yes. Your Ascent pass includes the following meals:

Monday, August 17: Welcome Reception – passed appetizers, desserts, and drinks

Tuesday, August 18: Breakfast and lunch

Wednesday, August 19: Breakfast and lunch, Evening Reception – passed appetizers, desserts, and drinks

Thursday, August 20: Breakfast

Will Acumatica be providing ground transportation for attendees between Denver International Airport and their hotel?

No. Attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation when attending Ascent.

Will Ascent have sponsorship opportunities?

Yes, Ascent will have a very limited number of sponsorship opportunities available. For more information on Ascent sponsorship, please email ascent@acumaticaevents.com.

Who is invited to apply to attend Ascent?

How do I apply to attend Ascent?

It’s easy. Visit our Ascent Application and fill out the form. After you have completed the application, you will receive an acknowledgement email from ascent@acumaticaevents.com.

Is there mandatory pre-work?

Yes (most roles). Attendees will complete mandatory pre-work tailored to their role and industry.

Pre-work may include:

  • Readiness assessments
  • Role/edition learning modules
  • Required practical inputs (e.g., deals, customer scenarios)
Is there post-event follow-through?

Yes (most roles). Ascent includes structured follow-through:

  • Role- and edition-based cohorts
  • Ongoing expert access and office hours
  • Certification/badging tied to real-world application
  • KPI-based measurement for business impact
By applying, do I guarantee myself a spot at Ascent?

No. Since we will be capping Ascent attendance at around 850 attendees, all applications will be reviewed. For those applications that have been approved, the applicant will be sent an invitation to register for Ascent in early spring 2026.

When will I be notified whether I’ve been accepted to attend Ascent, and when will Ascent registration open for accepted attendees?

We expect to notify accepted applicants and open Ascent registration in late March / early April.

Can I reserve seats for future hires?

For individuals you are planning to hire, you can submit a request to ascent@acumatica.com.

Hotels

What is the hotel situation for Ascent?

Ascent will be held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center. As part of our event, we will have a room block with a special Ascent rate available on a first come, first served basis.

Rooms at the Gaylord Rockies will be $259 plus a $28 resort fee per night plus tax.

How do I reserve a hotel room at the Gaylord Rockies for Ascent?

Those whose applications are accepted will be able to reserve their room at the Gaylord Rockies during the registration process when it opens in late March / early April.
